05:16 AM EDT, 07/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carlyle Group ( CG ) said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire a majority stake in information technology consultancy and services provider Adastra Group.

Carlyle Europe Technology Partners V and Carlyle Asia Partners Growth II will provide equity for the investment, the private-equity giant said.
