Carlyle to Sell Forgital Group to Stonepeak

10:02 AM EST, 12/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carlyle Group ( CG ) has agreed to sell Forgital Group, a manufacturer of forged and rolled rings, to alternative investment firm Stonepeak.

The deal is expected to close in Q2 2025, subject to regulatory approvals, Stonepeak said Monday.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Carlyle shares were up 1.3% in recent trading.
