09:39 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carnival (CUK) said Monday it closed its private offering of 1 billion euros ($1.17 billion) of 4.125% senior unsecured notes due 2031.

The company said it will use the proceeds to fully repay borrowings under a first-priority senior secured term loan facility due 2027 and to partially repay borrowings under the first-priority senior secured term loan facility due 2028.
