Carnival Prices $2 Billion Private Debt Offering

05:01 PM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carnival (CCL) said late Tuesday it priced a private offering of $2 billion of 6.125% senior unsecured notes due Feb. 15, 2033.

The company said it expects to use the net proceeds to help redeem the $2.03 billion of 10.375% senior priority notes due 2028 of Carnival Holdings (Bermuda).

The offering is expected to close Feb. 7.
