CarParts.com Q4 Net Loss Widens, Revenue Declines; Shares Fall

04:42 PM EDT, 03/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CarParts.com ( PRTS ) late Tuesday reported a Q4 net loss of $0.27 per diluted share compared with a loss of $0.11 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet, on average, expected a loss of $0.18.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $133.5 million, compared with $156.4 million a year earlier.

Analysts expected $137.5 million.

The automobile parts e-commerce company said it would not provide forward guidance while it evaluates various strategic alternatives.

CarParts.com ( PRTS ) shares were down 1% in Tuesday's after-hours session.
