Carrier Global Q3 Adjusted Earnings, Sales Fall; Annual Outlook Revised -- Shares Up Pre-Bell

06:28 AM EDT, 10/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carrier Global ( CARR ) reported Q3 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $0.67 per diluted share, down from $0.77 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.55.

Net sales for the quarter ended Sept. 30 were $5.58 billion, compared with $5.98 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $5.55 billion.

For 2025, Carrier Global ( CARR ) lowered its adjusted EPS guidance to about $2.65 from its prior outlook of between $3 and $3.10. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $2.65.

The company also lowered its full-year sales guidance to about $22 billion from its prior outlook of about $23 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $22.19 billion.

Carrier Global ( CARR ) said its board authorized a $5 billion share repurchase program.

The company's shares were up 6.4% in recent premarket activity.
