Carrier Global Says it has Acquired Addvolt

09:28 AM EDT, 05/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Carrier Global ( CARR ) said Friday it has acquired Portuguese transport electrification firm Addvolt.

Financial terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.

Addvolt, a long-time partner of the company, provides electric systems for refrigerated vans, trucks, trailers and containers, Carrier said.
