11:37 AM EDT, 08/02/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carrier Global ( CARR ) said Friday that its Sensitech unit has acquired the Monitoring Solutions business of Berlinger & Co.

The acquired unit, which currently employs around 85 workers across Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the US, produces temperature-sensitive goods monitoring solutions in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors, Carrier Global ( CARR ) said.

Financial details were not disclosed.

The company's shares were down more than 4% in recent trading.
