04:36 AM EDT, 06/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Carrier Global ( CARR ) said Wednesday that its Sensitech subsidiary had agreed to acquire the Monitoring Solutions business of Berlinger, a Swiss family-owned company.

No financial terms were disclosed. The deal, expected to close in Q3, is subject to customary conditions.

Sensitech provides supply-chain logistics services. Berlinger's 85-employee Monitoring Solutions unit provides software and detection devices for oversight of temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical and healthcare products in transit.
