09:50 AM EST, 02/03/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cartier Resources ( ECRFF ) reported Tuesday the seventh batch of results from the 100,000-meter drilling program for the Contact Sector and the North Contact Zone on the Cadillac project in Quebec.
Highlights include 54.6 grams per ton gold over 1.0 meter, including 85.1 g/t gold over 0.5 m in the NC1 Zone; and 1.5 g/t gold over 15.5 m in the NC3 Zone.
Cartier said it plans further expansion drilling to expand NCZ gold mineralization at depth, connect footprint of NCZ and its eastern extensions, and determine gold enrichment with the primary objective of upgrading the mineral resource estimate.
The company added that additional exploration drilling is required to test several new high-priority regional targets along strike of the Contact Sector and the Heva Fault Zone.
"This expanded campaign is designed to unlock maximum shareholder value and demonstrate the Cadillac Project's potential as a mining camp scale," president and chief executive officer Philippe Cloutier said.
