Casey's General Stores Agrees to Buy CEFCO Stores Parent Fikes Wholesale for $1.15 Billion in Cash

08:44 AM EDT, 07/26/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Casey's General Stores (CASY) said Friday it has agreed to buy CEFCO Convenience Stores parent company Fikes Wholesale for $1.15 billion in cash.

The company said the deal includes 198 stores and associated assets, increasing Casey's store count to nearly 2,900.

The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year, Casey's said.
