03:42 AM EST, 12/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Castellum (CTM) said late Thursday it plans to offer and sell shares of its common stock in a public offering.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and general corporate purposes.

It added that the completion of the offering is subject to market conditions, and there is no guarantee regarding the timing, size, or terms of the offering.
