Castellum Prices $3.6 Million Direct Offering

09:00 AM EST, 12/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Castellum (CTM) said Monday it has priced a registered direct offering of 9.5 million shares at $0.38 per share.

The gross proceeds to the company offering are estimated to be about $3.6 million and it is expected to close Tuesday.

Shares of the company were down more than 28% in Monday's premarket activity.
