Catalent stockholders approve deal with Novo Holdings

May 29 (Reuters) - Catalent ( CTLT ) said on Wednesday

its stockholders have voted to approve its deal with Novo

Holdings, the parent company of Novo Nordisk.

In February, Novo Holdings had agreed to buy Catalent ( CTLT ) for

$16.5 billion.
