06:57 AM EDT, 10/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Catalent Inc ( CTLT ) said Monday that it has entered a definitive agreement to sell its oral solids development and small-scale manufacturing facility in Somerset, New Jersey to Ardena.

Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to close in early 2025.

The Somerset facility also houses Catalent's ( CTLT ) corporate headquarters, which will remain through a transition period in the near term before shifting to a new location, the company said.
