Catcha Investment's Shareholders Approve Business Combination with Crown LNG

04:56 PM EDT, 06/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Catcha Investment ( CHAA ) said Wednesday its shareholders approved the proposed business combination with Crown LNG.

The companies agreed to extend the deadline under the merger agreement until June 28 and expect to close the deal by that date, Catcha said.

Shares of the combined business will start trading on the Nasdaq under the new ticker CGBS, Catcha said.
