04:26 PM EDT, 04/08/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Caterpillar ( CAT ) said late Wednesday it named Kyle Epley as chief financial officer, starting May 1.

He will succeed Andrew Bonfield, who decided to retire and will serve in an advisory role through Oct. 1 to ensure a smooth transition, according to a statement.

Epley was most recently the senior vice president of the company's global finance services unit, the company said.
