02:11 PM EDT, 10/20/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Caterpillar ( CAT ) rival Sany Heavy Industry has announced plans to list its shares in Hong Kong, aiming to raise up to $1.6 billion, according to media reports.

Trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange is expected to begin on Oct. 28, Nikkei Asia added.

Sany Heavy Industry didn't immediately reply to MT Newswires' request for comment.
