06:00 PM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Caterpillar ( CAT ) said Monday it received approval from the Euronext Paris' board for its request to be delisted from the European exchange, effective May 28.

The company said it will also apply for delisting from the SIX Swiss Exchange and expects to be delisted before the end of 2024.

Caterpillar ( CAT ) said its common shares will continue to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange.
