Cathay General Bancorp OKs $125 Million Share Buyback Program

04:39 AM EDT, 05/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cathay General Bancorp ( CATY ) said late Tuesday its board approved the repurchase of up to $125 million of the company's common stock.

The authorization follows a $125 million share repurchase program that was completed on Feb. 21, the company said.

Price: 37.01, Change: +1.13, Percent Change: +3.15
