08:45 AM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cathedral Energy Services ( CETEF ) said Thursday that its planned name change to ACT Energy Technologies and its share consolidation is expected to take effect July 3.

The company's stock symbol will change to "ACX" concurrently with the name change. The share consolidation - in which one post-consolidation share will be issued for every seven pre-consolidation shares - will reduce the number of outstanding shares to about 35 million from 243 million.
