10:02 AM EDT, 09/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cavco Industries ( CVCO ) said Tuesday it has completed the acquisition of American Homestar and its subsidiaries, effective Monday.

The purchase price of $190 million is subject to customary adjustments at and following closing of the deal, the company said.

Cavco said the deal was funded with cash on hand.
