CBL & Associates Properties' Q2 AFFO, Revenue Rise; Provides 2025 AFFO Guidance

09:27 AM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CBL & Associates Properties ( CBL ) reported Q2 adjusted funds from operations Wednesday of $1.86 per diluted share, compared with $1.73 a year earlier.

One analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $1.87.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $156 million, compared with $153.4 million a year earlier.

The company also said it expects adjusted FFO for 2025 will be in the range of $6.98 - $7.34 per share.
