CBL International Reports Share Repurchase Program

05:23 PM EDT, 06/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CBL International ( BANL ) said late Tuesday that its board has authorized a share repurchase program of up to the lesser of $5 million of its shares or 5 million shares.

The program will expire on April 15, 2028, CBL said.

Shares of the company surged over 60% in after-hours activity.
