10:19 AM EDT, 05/16/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CBRE Group ( CBRE ) is partnering with privately held EV+ to install electric vehicle charging systems at 10,000 commercial properties over the next five years, the companies said on Thursday.

CBRE ( CBRE ) will assist EV+ with site acquisition and project management in addition to securing grants and other financial incentives to help fund installations, the companies said. They also expect to focus on placing charging stations at multifamily buildings, hotels, health care facilities and other traditionally underserved locations.

Property owners will have no added responsibilities, they said, with CBRE ( CBRE ) providing operational and maintenance responsibilities following installation.
