CBRE Group Completes Combination of Project Management Business With Turner & Townsend

06:53 AM EST, 01/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CBRE Group ( CBRE ) said Friday it has completed the combination of its project management business with Turner & Townsend, its majority-owned subsidiary.

In addition, the commercial real estate services and investment firm said Vincent Clancy, chair and chief executive of Turner & Townsend, has joined its board.

"Our unified project management business represents an offering that is unmatched for its scale and breadth of capabilities," said CBRE ( CBRE ) Chief Executive and Chair Bob Sulentic.

CBRE ( CBRE ) said it now owns 70% of the combined project management business.
