Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $1.06.

Total revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $9.04 billion, up from $7.87 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $8.80 billion.

The real estate company said it now expects 2024 core earnings of $4.95 to $5.05, up from $4.70 to $4.90 anticipated previously. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $4.82.

CBRE ( CBRE ) shares were up more than 5% in premarket trading.
