03:40 AM EDT, 05/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Githesh Ramamurthy, Director, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman, on May 22, 2024, sold 1,000,000 shares in CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings ( CCCS ) for $11,778,600. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, Ramamurthy has control over a total of 20,092,202 shares of the company, with 6,463,840 shares held directly and 13,628,362 controlled indirectly.
