04:43 AM EDT, 05/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings ( CCCS ) said Tuesday that it priced its secondary offering of 50 million shares of the company's common stock by affiliates of Advent International, L.P. and Oak Hill Capital Partners, at $11.50 per share.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares. The offering is expected to close on or about Thursday.
