04:43 AM EDT, 06/28/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings ( CCCS ) said late Thursday that it priced a secondary offering of 30 million shares its common stock by affiliates of Advent International and Oak Hill Capital Partners.

The shares will be offered for sale through negotiated transactions or at prevailing market prices at the time of sale. The offering is expected to close on or about Monday.

The offering consists entirely of shares being sold by selling stockholders, so the company will not receive any proceeds from the offering.

The company's share price fell more than 2% after-market hours on Thursday.
