04:52 AM EST, 02/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CCC Intelligent Solutions Holdings ( CCCS ) said late Thursday a secondary offering of 42 million shares of its common stock by affiliates of Advent International has been priced.

The shares will be sold through negotiated transactions or at prevailing market prices. The offering is expected to close on March 3.

The company said it will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares offered by the selling stockholders.

CCC Intelligent Solutions ( CCCS ) plans to repurchase about 7 million shares in the offering from the underwriters with cash on hand, it said.
