01:57 PM EDT, 04/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CDT Environmental Technology Investment Holdings ( CDTG ) said Monday it closed the $6 million underwritten initial public offering of 1.5 million shares.

The company priced the offering at $4 a share, and the stock started trading on the Nasdaq on Thursday.

CDT Environmental, a waste treatment company that designs, develops and sells sewage treatment systems in China, gave underwriters a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 225,000 shares to cover over allotments.
