09:38 AM EDT, 07/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CDW (CDW) and Asato formed a partnership to introduce artificial intelligence-enabled IT asset intelligence to companies, mid-market, and SMB clients at scale, the latter said Thursday.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Under the terms of the collaboration, CDW will integrate the Asato platform into its portfolio as a go-to-market partner so that clients will be able to use the platform to identify waste, optimize resources and prevent renewal risks, Asato said, adding that the software-as-a-service platform is now available through CDW.
