12:06 PM EDT, 08/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CDW (CDW) said Monday it has started cash tender offers to buy any and all of the outstanding 5.5% senior notes due 2024 and 4.125% senior notes due 2025 issued by its CDW LLC and CDW Finance units.

The company said the notes due 2024 and 2025 have an aggregate principal amount outstanding of $575 million and $600 million, respectively.

The offers will expire at 5 p.m. ET on Friday, the company said.
