CDW Q4 EPS Falls, Sales Rise; Declares Dividend as Board Approves $750 Million Share Buyback

07:19 AM EST, 02/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CDW (CDW) reported Q4 non-GAAP net income Wednesday of $2.48 per diluted share, down from $2.57 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.32.

Net sales for the quarter ended Dec. 31 were $5.19 billion, compared with $5.02 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $4.96 billion.

CDW said its board declared a quarterly dividend at $0.625 per share, payable March 11 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 25. The board has also increased the stock repurchase authorization by $750 million.
