CDW Units Conclude Tender Offers for Certain Notes

08:26 AM EDT, 08/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CDW (CDW) said Monday its units CDW LLC and CDW Finance have concluded tender offers for 5.5% senior notes due 2024 and 4.125% senior notes due 2025, with about $780 million of the notes tendered.

CDW said the aggregate principal amount of the notes tendered in the offer, which expired Friday, was about $391.4 million out of $575 million of the 2024 notes, and about $388.7 million out of $600 million of the 2025 notes.

The final settlement date is expected to be Aug. 22, the company said.
