CEA Industries Buys Canadian Vape Retailer Fat Panda for $12.6 Million

05:48 PM EDT, 06/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CEA Industries ( CEAD ) said late Monday that it closed the acquisition of Canadian vape retailer and vertically integrated manufacturer Fat Panda for a total purchase price of 18 million Canadian dollars ($12.6 million).

The purchase price includes CA$12.1 million in cash, 39,000 CEA shares valued at CA$700,000, and seller notes totaling CA$2.6 million. In addition, CA$2.6 million was placed in escrow to support post-closing adjustments, indemnity obligations and employee-related matters, the company said.
