CEA Industries Negotiating Deal to Acquire Specialty Retailer; Shares Rise

12:49 PM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- CEA Industries ( CEAD ) shares climbed by more than 15% in midday trading Tuesday after the company said it has signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire a target in specialty retail and manufacturing.

The transaction will include a combination of cash, shares and debt, the company said.

CEA Industries ( CEAD ) said it plans to execute a definitive agreement before year-end and to complete the deal in Q1.
