CECO Environmental Completes $110 Million Sale of Fluid Handling Business

08:47 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CECO Environmental ( CECO ) said Tuesday it completed the sale of its fluid handling business to May River Capital for an enterprise value of about $110 million in cash.

The company said it will use the proceeds to reduce debt and fund future growth.

CECO said the sale aligns its portfolio with growth opportunities in energy and industrial markets.
