CECO Environmental's Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Net Sales Increase; 2025 Revenue Outlook Raised

07:41 AM EDT, 07/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CECO Environmental ( CECO ) reported Q2 non-GAAP earnings Tuesday of $0.24 per diluted share, up from $0.20 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.18.

Net sales for the quarter ended June 30 were $185.4 million, compared with $137.5 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $178.7 million.

The company raised its 2025 revenue guidance to between $725 million and $775 million, from the previous range of $700 million to $750 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $721.4 million.

Shares of CECO Environmental ( CECO ) were up nearly 7% in recent premarket activity Tuesday.
