03:55 AM EST, 03/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Celanese (CE) said late Thursday it priced registered offerings of $2.6 billion principal amount of notes.
The offering, which has been upsized from $2 billion, consists of $700 million of 6.5% senior notes due 2030, $1.1 billion of 6.75% senior notes due 2033, and 750 million euros ($810 million) of 5% senior notes due 2031.
Net proceeds will be used for debt repayments and for general corporate purposes, the company said.
Closing of the offering is expected to occur on or about March 14.
