Cellebrite Acquires Cyber Technology Services, Launches New Unit to Focus on Federal Government

08:34 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cellebrite DI ( CLBT ) said Wednesday it has established Cellebrite Federal Solutions, a unit designed to serve the US federal government with an AI-driven case-to-closure platform.

This newly launched unit coincides with the acquisition of Cyber Technology Services, which provides expertise in cybersecurity, digital forensics, and incident response services, and merging it nto the federal solutions unit.

No financial terms were disclosed.

The new unit will be led by Erik Sachwitz, who has headed Cellebrite's US federal business since 2020.
