09:53 AM EDT, 08/15/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cellebrite (CLBT) said Thursday it will redeem all of its outstanding warrants on Sept. 16 at a redemption price of $0.10 per warrant.

Cellebrite said it plans to issue a redemption notice on Aug. 30. Warrant holders may choose to exercise their warrants for cash, at an exercise price of $11.50 per per ordinary share, after the redemption notice and before the redemption date, the company said.

Cellebrite shares were 7% higher in recent trading.
