CEL-SCI's Board Approves 1-for-30 Share Combination

03:10 PM EDT, 05/19/2025 (MT Newswires) -- CEL-SCI ( CVM ) said Monday that it will combine every 30 shares into one share on May 20 following approval from its board.

Shares of the company were down over 6% in recent trading.
