01:16 PM EDT, 04/04/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Celsius Holdings ( CELH ) said Thursday that it plans to expand its sales and distribution to France starting in Q4.

Suntory Beverage and Food France has been picked as the exclusive sales and distribution partner in France, the company added.

The agreement with Suntory France follows the signing of similar agreements with Suntory units operating in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland, the company added. Sales in the UK and Ireland are expected to begin in Q2 while sales in Australia and New Zealand are also targeted to start in Q4, according to Celsius.

Shares of Celsius Holdings ( CELH ) rose nearly 4% in recent trading Thursday.
