10:54 AM EDT, 04/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Celsius Holdings ( CELH ) said Monday that Alani Nu, its portfolio brand, hit over $1 billion in retail sales for the fiscal year ended April 13.

The retail sales rose 72% from a year earlier, the company added.

Celsius acquired Alani Nu in April for a net purchase price of $1.65 billion, comprised of cash and stock.
