05:35 PM EST, 01/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Cencora ( COR ) completed the acquisition of Retina Consultants of America for $4.4 billion in cash, subject to a customary post-closing price adjustment.

Fiscal 2025 adjusted earnings guidance was boosted to the range of $15.15 to $15.45 a share from $14.80 to $15.10 to reflect the acquisition, Cencora ( COR ) said Thursday in a statement.

The company acquired 85% in RCA, while some RCA physicians and managers retained a minority stake.
