Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 was $79.05 billion, compared with $68.92 billion a year earlier.

The company expects fiscal 2025 adjusted EPS of $14.80 to $15.10 and 7% to 9% in adjusted revenue growth. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $14.76 in adjusted EPS on revenue of $312.55 billion.

Cencora ( COR ) said its board approved an 8% increase to its quarterly dividend to $0.55 per common share, payable on Nov. 29 to shareholders as of Nov. 15.
