05:08 AM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Cencora ( COR ) said Tuesday it had priced $1.8 billion in senior notes.

The company said the offering includes $500 million at 4.625% due 2027; $600 million at 4.850% due 2029, and $700 million at 5.150% due 2035.

Proceeds, expected to close by Dec. 9, will fund the majority acquisition of Retina Consultants of America and for general corporate purposes.
