Analysts polled by Capital IQ estimated CA$0.46 per share.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was CA$15.68 billion, up from CA$13.76 billion a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by Capital IQ expected CA$14.74 billion.

The company raised its quarterly base dividend to $0.180 per common share, payable June 28 to shareholders of record on June 14.
